Jubran is a Sales Management and Training specialist. Jubran began his carrier as an entry level sales agent and worked his way up to successfully managing a 40 agent telesales agency. Jubran later became President and lead the agency while they acquired/recruited many new agencies to train and to follow the successful blueprint that he had created.
With 10+ years’ experience in Telesales and Health Insurance, Jubran believes in investing in his team with training and mentoring to maximize every one of his agents to their best potential. Jubran has experience in every department in a Health Insurance Agency from Agent to President.
