Jay is a serial entrepreneur in the forefront of the call center sales and digital marketing world. He got his start in the call center sales world in 2004 while he was still in High-School working his way up to top salesman in vacation sales. He entered the health insurance market in 2006 as a sales agent and started to climb the ladder. He went from director of sales to director of operations and by 2010, at 21 years old, Jay started Prime Care Health, which by 2017 went on to earn roughly $10 million dollars in annual commissions. Including Prime Care Health, Jay has helped develop over 10 different agencies, of which some were downline agencies and 6 he had equity partnerships in. Over 120M in commissions have been generated combined between all agencies under Jays umbrella.

His core competencies are business strategy and development, lead generation, media buying, recruiting, building sales leaders/teams, and strategic partnerships. Jay has founded and led multiple multimillion dollar businesses including Nationwide Consumer Solutions (NCS) which strategically partners with agencies who offer NCS’s ancillary health alternative and wellness products such as dental, vision, telemedicine and a wide range of other products. This was made possible by training sales centers on how to upsell and monetize their existing book of business
