Tyler is an Operations and Recruiting specialist. After attending Florida State University to study Computer Science and Business, Tyler began his professional career recruiting for a small health insurance agency and grew them from 8 to 50 telesales agents within his first few months of joining the team. He has filled multiple Recruiting and Sales Management roles furthering his knowledge and experience to be able to create realistic business plans and execute effective operational strategies to meet specific goals and metrics.

Tyler has worked directly under the Chief Technology Officer of Insurita, acting as a bridge between the Sales Team and the Development Team to make sure product features were developed correctly and in the most efficient way for the sales team to use. Tyler went on to become the Director of Operations for Insurita before deciding to take his years of experience to the Medicare industry, and is our Director of Operations and Product Growth.
